Job description
We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role, leading innovative technology projects and driving digital transformation to improve services and enhance customer experiences.
As a Senior IT Analyst, you will:
- Lead and mentor a team of IT/Application Analysts.
- Design, develop, and implement business-critical IT systems.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
- Oversee system integration, performance monitoring, and risk management.
- Drive continuous improvement across applications and IT processes.
- Champion digital innovation and support the organisation's wider IT strategy.
Requirements
Good communication skills, * A degree (or equivalent professional experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong track record in application development, system integration, and IT project delivery.
- Advanced skills in SQL Server and related technologies.
- Knowledge of system integration methods, software development lifecycles, and emerging digital trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering effective digital solutions.
