Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior IT Analyst to join our growing team. This is a pivotal role, leading innovative technology projects and driving digital transformation to improve services and enhance customer experiences.

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will:

  • Lead and mentor a team of IT/Application Analysts.
  • Design, develop, and implement business-critical IT systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to deliver impactful digital solutions.
  • Oversee system integration, performance monitoring, and risk management.
  • Drive continuous improvement across applications and IT processes.
  • Champion digital innovation and support the organisation's wider IT strategy.

Requirements

Good communication skills, * A degree (or equivalent professional experience) in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Strong track record in application development, system integration, and IT project delivery.
  • Advanced skills in SQL Server and related technologies.
  • Knowledge of system integration methods, software development lifecycles, and emerging digital trends.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Leadership experience with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
  • A customer-focused approach and passion for delivering effective digital solutions.
