Job description
You will support and maintain a range of internal and customer-facing applications. This includes diagnosing issues, monitoring performance, testing new features and ensuring platforms run reliably. You will work closely with developers to deploy fixes and updates, document solutions and identify ways to improve tools, processes and automation.
Requirements
We are looking for someone with broad technical skills, ideally with experience in some of the following: Azure, WordPress, Craft CMS, PHP, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, SQL or other databases, GitHub and JIRA.
You should be methodical, customer-focused and proactive, comfortable working across a range of technologies and collaborating with others to achieve results.
Why join: This is a fully remote role, but we are ideally looking for someone based in South Wales or the South West who can occasionally meet with the wider team when needed.
