As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a proactive Maintenance Administrator to support our customers, engineers, and internal teams.<\/p>
The Role<\/strong><\/p>
As part of our friendly, close-knit team, you'll be responsible for managing maintenance requests from start to finish, keeping customers informed, and ensuring all jobs are handled quickly and effectively.<\/p>
Your main duties will include:<\/p> \r\n
- Acting as the first point of contact for tenants, clients, and contractors.<\/li>
- Logging and managing maintenance tasks accurately and efficiently.<\/li>
- Liaising with engineers and internal teams to coordinate work.<\/li>
- Maintaining detailed records and file notes.<\/li>
- Providing exceptional customer service and administrative support.<\/li><\/ul>\r\n This is a busy, customer-facing role ideal for someone who is organised, communicative, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.<\/p>
Requirements
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.<\/li>
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.<\/li>
- Confident multitasker with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.<\/li>
- Computer literate and comfortable using multiple systems.<\/li>
- Works well independently and as part of a team.<\/li>

Benefits & conditions
Salary: £26,000 to £28,000 (depending on experience)<\/p>
Permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm<\/p>
