Process Expert - Purchase to Pay

You'll make a difference by:

• Regular creation of financial dashboards and project tracking reports to communicate the status of target achievements.
• Distribution of weekly and monthly reports including alignment of measures within the procurement team
• Develop existing dashboards to the next level by using Power BI
• Analysis of the factory purchasing volume, determination of potential savings and proposal of activities to support target achievement.
• Establish close cooperation within the procurement team and support in special projects to digitize the processes.
• Continuous knowledge development in the area of procurement controlling.

• Bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Finance, Engineering)
• Experience with procurement controlling dashboards in factory / manufacturing or comparable knowledge.
• Strategic thinking, analytic and strong problem-solving skills
• Teamwork and motivation management
• Knowledge in procurement, supplier chain management, logistics or controlling.
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications and SAP modules
• Fluent English.
