Mainframes/Lead Consultant Specialist/Hyderabad/Wholesale IT/ ID:0000JIDT

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Consultant Specialist

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate different projects and provide inputs to different stakeholders.
• Person should be handling multiple projects and programs within same timeline.
• Should be hands-on on Mainframe and developing the modules throughout.
• Raising the RISK, Issues and Assumptions on time and get it confirmed with the program team.
• Developing / enhancing the modules for any new / ongoing requirement
• Participate and Own the design and technical reviews and provide inputs.
• Review the deliverables and ensure the quality of the product.
• Track the review actions till closure.
• Allocate work with team members and ensure the resource utilization
• Initiate process and quality improvement initiatives.

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Relevant work experience of 12-16 years in Cobol, JCL, DB2, CICS, VSAM, REXX, SELCOPY
• Knowledge on Rdz and its different functions
• Good Analytical and problem solving skills
• Good written and verbal communication
• Team Player who is self and quick learner
• Proven experience in managing a team.
• Who can take complete ownership of assigned tasks, be accountable and committed.
• Hardworking and flexible to work base on project demands.
• Must have hands on experience into end to end impact analysis, creating high and low level design
• Must have hands on experience on CICS, DB2 and Batch programs.
