Job description
An aviation business generating €3 billion in annual revenue are searching for a Programme Manager to deliver several key, strategic initiatives. They are currently undergoing a number of complex, transformation programmes involving the implementation of various ERP, HRIS and Workforce Management solutions. This role will be key in delivering these solutions, as well as establishing the PMO office and driving governance and standardised processes across their regional Project Managers., Setup and lead the global programme management office, coordinating rollouts, continuous improvement etc.

Establish a strong relationship with regional Project Managers and coach them on governance, process and delivery methodologies

Hands on programme delivery, with an initial focus on HRIS Programme rollout

Manage central workstreams and continuous improvement

Provide weekly and monthly global project updates and reporting
Requirements
7+ years experience in global Project/Programme Management

Previously implemented complex IT transformation programmes, preferably ERP/HRIS/Workforce Management solutions

Strong background in PMO and establishing PMO practices: RAID, change control, executive reporting etc

Familiar working in highly regulated industries (ideally airlines/aviation/transport/energy etc)

Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
