Detailed Skillset and Key Responsibilities:
Dynamics 365 Development - Develop/create JavaScript Web Resource, plugins, and custom workflow activities Dynamics 365 Customization - Knowledge of configuring Cloud Flows Dynamics 365 Integration - Experience with integrating Dynamics 365 with other systems (eg, ERP, BI), APIs Dynamics 365 Security - Understanding of security roles, field security, and access teams Power App, Power Automate CRM - Dataverse (Common Data Service) and its role in Dynamics 365 DevOps & CI/CD - DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines C# .NET and Azure functions. Good to have - Knowledge of banking domain, telephony, CRM Marketing, CRM Sales modules.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Person should be currently working in CRM technologies and be hands on. Good to have Microsoft certifications in MS Dynamics and CRM.
