We're a growing Managed Service Provider based in Maidstone, delivering outsourced IT support and cloud services to small and medium businesses across the UK. Our clients rely on us to keep their systems running smoothly and securely, and we take pride in providing friendly, professional support they can trust., We're looking for an experienced 1st Line IT Support Engineer who's confident handling user support, troubleshooting technical issues, and managing tickets from start to finish. You'll be part of a busy, supportive service desk team, helping businesses across different industries with Microsoft 365, networking, and endpoint management.

What You'll Do
- Provide remote and occasional onsite support to end users
- Log, manage, and resolve tickets via Autotask or similar PSA
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Teams, Outlook, and Windows issues
- Handle password resets, printer problems, and access requests
- Assist with new user setups, laptop builds, and Intune enrolments
- Escalate complex issues to senior engineers when required
- Keep documentation up to date in IT Glue
Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in IT support?, * 1-2 years' experience in IT support, ideally within an MSP
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows 10/11, and Active Directory
- Basic networking understanding (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs)
- Great communication and customer service skills
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tickets
- Full UK driving licence
Bonus Points For
- Experience with Datto RMM or WatchGuard firewalls
- Familiarity with Azure AD and Intune
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft certifications
