Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to operate within the business enablement team, who will be responsible for transforming data into actionable insights that support the informed decision-making process across the business

In addition, this role will act as the organisations AI lead and champion, exploring, piloting and embedding AI solutions that enhance business intelligence.

The Role Business Intelligence Analyst

This is an exciting role where you will ensure that the business has access to accurate, timely and relevant data to guide business strategy as well as being a champion for new AI integration.

• Data analysis and insight generation
• Translate complex data into clear findings
• Design and maintain dashboards, reports and visuals for stakeholders.
• Continuous improvement of reporting processes, making data more accessible and user friendly
• Responsible for data quality and governance
• Stay up to date with BI tools, technologies and trends.
• Lead the integration of AI and ML techniques and tools to help automate repetitive tasks and improve predictive analytics for forecasting.

You will bring proven experience in a BI, Data Analyst or similar role.

• Demonstrate the design of dashboards, reports and data visualisation methods.
• Be familiar with relational databases, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
• Experience in translating the business needs into analytical solutions.
• Practical experience with AI/ML frameworks
• Fantastic communicator and team player capable of influencing adoption of new BI tools.
• Analytical with a problem-solving approach showing attention to detail and big-picture thinking

Basic salary of between £42k - £55k depending on experience, along with a very attractive corporate benefits package.
