Job description
Another project involves transitioning the Developer Services department from SAP and several legacy systems to Salesforce, as well as implementing a Customer Portal to provide customers with an online experience, Develop and implement a comprehensive change management framework for two concurrent re-platforming programs
Lead stakeholder engagement, communication, and alignment across diverse business units
Conduct change impact assessments and readiness evaluations
Design and implement post go-live support and escalation models to manage potential disruptions and ensure operational stability
Create and execute communication, training, and adoption plans
Own and maintain the end-to-end change management plan and governance, partnering with project managers, business leads, and technical teams to ensure change activities are fully integrated into project delivery
Monitor, measure, and report on change adoption, business readiness, and benefits realization
Coach and support leaders and teams through the change process
Requirements
Do you have experience in Change management?, Do you have a GCSE?, Proven experience leading change management for large-scale technology or platform transformation projects
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter)
Demonstrated ability to design and implement support and transition frameworks for complex system go-lives
Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills
Experience working in data-driven environments or with business-critical platforms (e.g., billing, reporting, or analytics)
Ability to work autonomously and establish structure in complex, evolving environments
Required Qualifications:
Certification in Change Management (e.g., Prosci).
Background in project delivery or business transformation.
