Senior Associate - Finance Systems Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced IT Professional with significant finance systems delivery experience to drive and play a pivotal role in transforming financial operations through technology. Working closely with incumbent IT team, this role is pivotal in maintaining system integrity, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, and defending against evolving cyber threats.

• Clear communication style, able to present confidently to Finance Managers and Leads, * 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, with at least 3 years in financial systems.
• Experience with financial platforms (e.g., Microsoft D365/Business Central, Treasury, Anaplan (or equivalent), Bloomberg) and security tools (e.g., Sophos, Arctic Wolf, Egress).
• Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and SaaS products
• Familiarity with compliance frameworks: I, GDPR.
• Excellent communicator to bridge finance, data and technology teams
• Experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment., * Ideally qualified in accountancy
• Experience with zero trust architecture, and data loss prevention (DLP).
• Strong scripting and automation skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation abilities.
