Technical Program Manager, Core Data, Analytics and Insights

The Data Analytics and Insights (DANI) organization within Core Data focuses on the critical user journey of deriving insights from structured data at Google scale. The DANI systems that power these journeys also underpin many of Google's business including Ads, Payments, and Finance and are leveraged for a wide variety of use cases including BI and SQL analytics, data science and interactive analysis, real-time data serving for applications and machine learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Data Analytics and Insights Bangalore site support, including the Core Data Processing team.
• Build relationships with the teams based in Sunnyvale and Pittsburgh and collaborate effectively across time zones.
• Partner with Technical Program Managers based in the United States to increase team velocity, including sharing best practices, owning projects management, collaborating on cross-site and cross-team projects, and ensuring overall success at the site level and for the pillar.
• Work closely with leadership, Tech Leads/Managers, Program Managers, and clients to align on key team priorities, deliverables, or success metrics.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10 years of experience designing and implementing dashboard solutions supporting program management., * Ability to design and implement operational processes that help the teams/organization scale.
• Ability to manage multiple interdependent projects of moderate to high complexity and scope across a global team.
• Ability to work closely with Technical, Product, or Project leadership to develop and align project priorities and schedules.
• Ability to design process improvements that are tailored to the needs of a specific project.
