Business Intelligence Datawarehouse Lead

SiSense is used by both Customers and Matrix employees. My Clients employees use it for internal reporting, analysis and dashboards across all customers on CR.net. Customers also use it for similar, but obviously only see their specific data rather than any other customers. The solution is multi tenanted in that the data is logically segregated. In addition there are some data elements that customers do not see, e.g. charge rates and The Clients profitability information. Security Watchdog however use Power BI. The Power BI infrastructure is provided by another ex-Capita business that has just been sold. The Client & Security Watchdog have a contract in place with the other ex-Capita business for the provision of the Power BI platform for a period. The plan is for my Client to converge on the SiSense platform and this initially the role will be technically migrating the Security Watchdog reporting & MI needs from Power BI to SiSense. Like my Client, Security Watchdog use Power BI for some internal reporting, but expose a number or reports and dashboards through their customer facing pre-employment screen platform Volti4. This is also multi tenanted with logical data segregation between customers. Given the critical nature of the data held by customers and the individuals being screened, this segregation of data is of the utmost importance. Once the Security Watchdog is on SiSense, then there will be an ongoing requirement to provide dashboards, reports and analysis for our customers and internally within my Client. The role will start to focus on how we can use the data to drive better forecasting and business decisions.

• Experience with logically segregated data sets
• Experience of large data sets with sensitive data, i.e. personally identifiable information
• Experience of pulling and combining data from a number of separate data sources
• Good understanding of GDPR
• Working with other technology and business representatives as well as 3rd party consultants
• Experience of working in an Agile methodology
• Qualifications in computer science, data science of other STEM type field
• An ability to work independently and perform their own research
