Job description

Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support for hardware and software issues.

Install and configure operating systems, devices, and peripherals.

Set up workstations and user accounts for new joiners.

Assist with IT inventory management and procurement.

Perform routine IT-related checks and procedures.

Monitor and maintain WiFi access points, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity.

Manage and support CCTV and access control systems.

Provide IT support to staff, crew, and engineers on site.
Requirements
-
Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar IT support or helpdesk role.

Basic knowledge of Office 365 applications.

Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD), Microsoft Intune, and TCP/IP networking.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and prioritise issues effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Willingness to learn and work collaboratively as part of a team.

A valid and clean UK driving licence is preferred.
Education & Experience
- Diploma-level education in IT or industry certification (e.g. CompTIA A+), or equivalent hands-on experience.
