Junior IT Support

We're looking for a Junior IT Support Technician to join a small but dynamic IT department. You'll be working closely with two experienced IT professionals who will provide full training and ongoing support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's passionate about technology and eager to kick-start their IT career.

What You'll Do

• Provide first-line IT support to colleagues and assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
• Help set up and maintain laptops, PCs, mobile devices, and networking equipment.
• Support with system updates, backups, and monitoring network performance.
• Assist with user account management and access control systems.
• Learn to diagnose and resolve technical problems in a professional, friendly manner.
• Get involved in IT and security-related projects as your confidence grows.
• Ad-hoc admin tasks based on company needs
