Job description

We are looking for experienced SAP S/4HANA Retail / Fashion Pricing and Promotion experts for the role of Business Process Consultant to work in the Customer facing projects of the Consumer Industries Practice at SAP Solution Delivery center., As a Business Process Consultant, he/she will be part of our teams that are involved in implementing SAP S/4HANA Products and Solutions at Retail / Fashion Customers across the world using our Remote based services. Through our Product/Services, he/she will be able to help Customer to wisely use their resources and provide their customer better products at right place and at right time leading to increase in the Top line and thereby making this world a better place to live

Requirements

  • Should have good understanding of Retail and/or Fashion domain
  • Should have a keen understanding of the industry trends and the solution trends supporting the industry changes
  • Should be able to relate to SAP's solution portfolio changes relevant to the industry

Solution Expertise

  • Should have at least 2 end-to-end implementations with experience in Implementing the solutions with customer.
  • Solution expertise in the areas of S/4HANA, SAP IS Retail
  • Hands on Working knowledge in S/4 HANA, SAP IS Retail is MUST
  • Must have hands on configuration and functional knowledge and expertise in all S/4 HANA pricing (purchase, wholesale, retail) and with S/4 promotion execution
  • Overview & understanding of SAP CAR solution is MUST
  • Knowledge and exposure to PMR is an added advantage
  • Good overall understanding of the core merchandising processes to be able to liaise and ensure consistency and integration of the pricing requirements with the functional teams
  • Actively involved in the preparation, conception, realization and Go Live of customer implementation projects
  • Performing feasibility studies and understanding customer requirements
  • Detailed planning of process implementation
  • Define and articulate detailed blueprint for design workshop as well as for Development requirements

Educational And Additional Competencies

  • Graduation from a reputed institute
  • SAP Certification is MUST - either in SAP IS Retail and/or at least one of the Core modules in SAP S/4HANA
  • Knowledge & understanding of SAP AFS or SAP FMS solution will be an added advantage

Work Experience

  • Should have at least 2 end-to-end implementations with experience in Implementing the solutions with customer.
  • At least 6 years of experience as Functional Consultant or similar role
  • Knowledge and experience of delivering projects in an Agile Framework, Successful candidates might be required to undergo a background verification with an external vendor.
