Job description

Lead and execute the implementation of Oracle EBS HCM modules, focusing on Talent & Career Development and Learning.

Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in UK-specific HCM processes, including Talent & Career Development, Pension, and Learning.

Apply hands-on experience within the UK Public Sector for Oracle Global Talent & Career Development and Learning modules.

Take full ownership of support processes, ensuring timely ticket resolution within SLAs.

Manage transition activities from incumbent vendors and ensure effective knowledge transfer.

Lead customer discussions on integrations, data migrations, and reports related to Talent & Career Development, Learning, and other HCM areas.

Prepare and present Business Process Specifications, Configuration Workbooks, Testing Scripts, and Change Requests.

Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional issues, collaborating effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Utilize advanced HCM technical tools such as:

HCM Data Loader (HDL)

HCM Extracts

BI Reporting

Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) HCM, specifically in Talent & Career Development and Learning modules. The successful candidate will lead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM solutions for UK-based clients, ensuring effective delivery, seamless transition, and continuous system optimization., Proven experience delivering Oracle EBS HCM projects in the UK, ideally within the public sector.

Deep understanding of UK Talent, Learning, and Career Development processes.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Experience working in a support and implementation hybrid role.

Ability to lead discussions across business, functional, and technical teams.
