Job description

As a Helpdesk Analyst at MandM you will be providing 1st line IT support service to all users within the business, working with the latest technologies as well as established legacy systems. This is a real opportunity for either an established Helpdesk Analyst or a keen, enthusiastic individual looking for their first opportunity in an IT environment., * Liaising with internal users to resolve IT related problems and queries, escalating to 2nd or 3rd line support as appropriate

  • Providing excellent customer service to internal colleagues with the aim of efficient problem resolution
  • Working with a ticket system, ensuring that all details for requests or issues are logged accurately
  • Building devices (laptop, desktop, tablet) for new starters / replacement hardware, using defined build processes and systems provided
  • Maintaining and upgrading Operating Systems and software applications
