A highly reputable privately owned contractor is seeking a Help Desk Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. Working specifically on certain contracts for public and private frameworks being the sole point of contact and support for the client. This is an excellent opportunity to join a regional contractor with over one thirty years' experience as one of the leading specialists in their field.
Within this role you will be responsible for liaising with clients and engineers providing support, advice & solutions. Accountable for booking in necessary work and logging actions taken on the relevant management systems. Monitor projects and provide necessary support when required.
Requirements
We are looking for a friendly and efficient individual for our client. Key attributes include previous experience within a similar role. Desirably you will come from a construction background but not essential. Key attributes will include ability to confidently articulate yourself via email and over the phone, good computers skills and ability to use Microsoft packages. With an organised and proactive approach to work.
