Job description
· To support the effective management of the general office so that all aspects of the school's administration are conducted efficiently.
· To be responsible for the administration of the School's Single Central Record in conjunction with the School's Senior Leadership Team
· To operate the relevant school computer software, for example Integris, the school information system.
· To liaise with the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team keeping them informed of any matter at Corsham Primary School that could impact on the Trust.
· To provide the Pickwick Academy Trust central support team with any information needed to ensure the business of the Trust runs smoothly.

We are looking to recruit an experienced, hardworking, committed, well organised and enthusiastic Data and Administration Officer to join our team.
Benefits & conditions
Pickwick Academy Trust is looking to recruit a part-time Data and Administration Officer based at Corsham Primary School on a maternity cover.
Hours:
29 hours per week, 10.00am - 4.00pm, Monday to Thursday, plus 10.00am - 3.00pm on Fridays, 38 weeks per year (term time).
Salary range:
E6-E8, £25,989- £26,824 pro rata, per annum (actual salary £17,011 - £17,620 per annum)
Start date: 15th March 2026

Corsham Primary School is located in the picturesque Wiltshire market town of Corsham, near Bath, and is arranged over two sites located at either side of the town. Pound Pill site offers 14 classes and the Broadwood site houses 10 classes, both supporting children from Reception to Year 6.
