Job description

A data analyst and project coordinator who can interrogate, challenge, identify trends and provide recommendations within the wider People function. As well as being very analytical with a strong understanding of technology, you will have a desire to improve how data is provided or automated.   • Analyse employee information and produce statistical reports for the UK business
  • Interrogate a range of information systems in order to analyse and produce reports as required
  • Provide HR management information, analysis and insights
  • Use and integrate digital tools to streamline processes and reporting more effectively
  • Develop compelling HR reporting and dashboards providing in-depth analysis about the data and what the metrics are saying
  • Deliver data and insights to the HR teams through knowledge sharing and collaboration
  • Develop data analysis for salary review in line with timescales throughout the year
  • Provide project management support to the HR team managing projects throughout the year in line with the HR activity calendar
  • Ability to project manage HR related projects, creating project schedules, identify risks and ensuring timelines are agreed and met
  • You will manage competing and changing priorities which involve quick turn-around times so the ability to demonstrate experience of this is essential

Requirements

Excel, Powerpoint, Working Environment, It, Vlookup, Twitter, Linkedin, Professional Services, Instagram, Power Bi, Pivot Tables, Financial Services, Completion, * Advanced Excel skills and the ability to manipulate large amounts of data is a requirement (Strong MS Office skills (Excel for Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP, Word, PowerPoint and Planner)

  • Experience of building reports, managing and interpreting data and providing analysis and commentary to identify key issues and themes
  • Knowledge of using Power BI
  • Highly analytical with a background in managing data within a fast-paced professional services or financial services business
  • Working knowledge of HR is helpful but ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a keen interest in developing a broad range of HR skills, are equally important
  • Ability to understand and interpret business needs and identify the most appropriate data source to support analysis
  • Ability to produce quality work in short timescales and under pressure
  • Ability to demonstrate project management experience and supporting projects from start to completion
  • Preferably experienced in the suite of iTrent modules and have knowledge of business objects but not essential Additional Information Hybrid working patterns are envisaged but this may vary in accordance with the requirements of Turner & Townsend or clients. Candidates must be able to work at their designated home office as required.
