Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements, ensuring the final solution aligns with organisational goals and delivers measurable value.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including the design, development, and testing of new systems and enhancements.
Implement, upgrade, maintain, and support the enterprise integration platform (Boomi), ensuring comprehensive technical documentation is provided and that all changes are assessed for business impact.
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for the enterprise integration platform, enabling teams across the organisation to fully leverage its capabilities.
Provide leadership and mentorship to new team members, fostering knowledge sharing and supporting their professional development.

Demonstrated experience across the full SDLC, from requirements gathering through to design, development, testing, and deployment.
Experience with Boomi or similar integration platforms is highly desirable
Solid understanding of enterprise integration tools and patterns, including APIs, JMS, SOAP/REST, and database connectivity.
Solid grasp of service-oriented architecture and related technologies such as XML, JSON, HTTP, and messaging systems.
Hands-on experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments.
Ideally, working knowledge of SQL, Java, and Groovy.
Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field preferred.
