Job description
The HR Systems Administrator plays a key role in supporting the effective operation, maintenance, and development of the organisation's HR systems. This role ensures data integrity, optimises system functionality and provides technical support to HR and business users.
The HR Systems Administrator will work closely with HR, IT, and other stakeholders to ensure systems are aligned with business needs and deliver accurate, timely information to support decision-making., * Administer and maintain core HR systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS), ensuring data accuracy, system availability, and user access controls
- Act as the first point of contact for HR system queries, troubleshooting issues and providing user support and training
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, reconciliations, and compliance checks
- Support HR reporting and analytics by generating dashboards, reports, and insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations
- Maintain documentation for system processes, user guides, and data management protocols
- Assist in the configuration and testing of new system features and workflows Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for improvement
- Support HR projects involving system changes, data migration, or process automation
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and internal security policies
- Provide support during key HR cycles such as performance reviews, compensation planning, and onboarding
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for system support and issue resolution
The successful candidate will be required to complete pre-employment checks before employment commences.
