Job description
We're looking for an HR Systems Administrator to join our team and ensure our HR systems are operating efficiently and support business needs. In this role, you will be reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, and be the go-to technical and functional expert, managing system improvements, data integrity, and reporting. You will be crucial in ensuring our HR platform supports the business effectively.
What You'll Be Doing
System Administration

Own the configuration and optimisation of our HR system.

Manage user profiles and permissions for employees and managers.

Configure and maintain custom fields, dashboards, workflows, and data tables.

Support Time & Attendance functionality for payroll processing.
Reporting & Analytics

Create and deliver complex reports for HR and business leaders.

Extract and analyse data for dashboards and ad-hoc requests.

Maintain accuracy and integrity of all HR data.
Process Improvement

Identify and implement system enhancements and process improvements.

Regularly validate and cleanse data to ensure high standards.
Collaboration & Support

Partner with HR and business teams to understand requirements and resolve issues.

Provide training, user guides, and ongoing support for system users.
Requirements
Do you have experience in SQL?, * Highly motivated, customer-focused, and adaptable.
- Strong demonstrable experience in data/data analysis
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to work with large datasets and maintain data integrity.
- Excellent attention to detail, organisational, and communication skills.
- Proficient in Excel
Desirable but not essential:
- Experience in managing and maintaining HR systems
- SQL Experience
- Power BI Knowledge
