= LDAP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP, & IP Routing Responsibilities The Infrastructure Engineer's main focus will be to support the internal user base and they will be responsible for implementing, patching and maintaining robust infrastructure solutions that support our business operations.

Requirements

Windows, Computer Science, Logical Approach, Active Directory, Linux, You will be responsible for fault diagnosis and resolution of the solution, reporting and tracking tickets, and keeping stakeholders updated during the process. You will ensure a highly available, resilient and maintainable system at all times. Queries raised by a ticketing system, calls, emails and other means must be managed through to resolution to ensure maximum customer satisfaction., * Hold a technical or scientific degree or post-graduate degree, preferably computer science or similar

  • Have a logical approach to problem solving, with a can-do attitude, but also not be afraid to ask for help where necessary
  • Be a self-starter with the ability to self-manage workload, targets and priorities
  • Possess a high degree of personal initiative with the drive, resilience and ability to meet challenging goals
  • Have the ability to communicate with all levels of the business and key customer contacts
  • Have experience with or a desire to learn more about and support our business operations technologies such as:
