Senior Machine Learning Pricing Analyst

This is an excellent opportunity within a growing commercial business for a Senior Machine Learning Pricing Analyst to join a thriving team. You will use machine learning and AI-driven analytics through Snowflake to analyse sales and pricing data, and identify lost customer opportunities, and develop strategies to increase sales and profitability. This role combines data science and commercial analysis to assist the business to drive growth and profitability.

Key Areas of the Role:

• Analyse sales and customer data to identify commercial patterns.
• Develop and maintain AI/ML models (via Snowflake) that predict customer conversion success.
• Collaborate with sales, pricing, and commercial teams to develop data-informed pricing strategies.
• Identify customer segments or pricing bands where win rates are below expectations and propose improvements.
• Visualise data and findings through clear dashboards via Power BI and/or Tableau.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership with a commercial focus.
• Continuously evaluate and improve analytical methods using the latest AI and data science tools.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience applying and deploying machine learning and AI tools like Python, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, or similar, to commercial pricing problems. Strong communication skills, modelling ability, and familiarity with data visualisation tools such as Power Bi or tableau is essential.
