Job description

We are seeking an IT Technical Support professional to deliver first-line and second-line support to our clients and internal team., * Respond to helpdesk tickets and provide remote/on-site technical support.

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Assist in setting up new users, accounts, and devices.
  • Support cloud and email systems (e.g. Microsoft 365).
  • Maintain accurate records of issues and resolutions.
  • Escalate complex problems to senior engineers when required.

Requirements

Good communication skills, * 1-2 years' experience in IT support or helpdesk role.

  • Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Understanding of networking basics (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • UK right to work.
