Job description

Join our IT Service Desk team as an ERP & Application Engineer and play a key role in supporting and improving enterprise applications-particularly ERP -while contributing to broader IT operations and Microsoft 365 support.

What You'll Do

  • Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for ERP systems (ideally SAP but open to other ERP's)
  • Troubleshoot access, workflow, and data accuracy issues.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams on updates and escalations.
  • Support integrations across accounting, inventory, and CRM.
  • Deliver clear, friendly user support and training.
  • Assist with Microsoft 365 tools and general IT tasks., * Be part of a collaborative IT team driving continuous improvement.
  • Work on exciting ERP projects and integrations.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-5 years in IT support, ERP, or application roles.
  • ERP Knowledge: SAP experience is ideal (others like Kerridge/K8 or MAM Autoparts welcome).
  • Technical Skills: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows Server; PowerShell or SQL scripting is a plus.
  • Soft Skills: Service-oriented, organised, and great communicator.
