Job description
- Recruit and hire Go-To-Market talent ensuring attainment of business hiring objectives.
- Deliver an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicants from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview and offer process, including reference checks, salary recommendations and closing of applicants.
- Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies that attract high-quality applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
- Collaborate effectively with interview teams and all levels of management to ensure preparedness during the interview process and facilitate seamless information exchange.
- Discuss offers to close talent, leveraging and partnering with executive management to secure critical hires.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Sales?, * 5 years of experience in enterprise, go-to-market or sales Recruiting for Germany.
- 3 years of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Experience hiring for sales or go-to-market roles for a tech or similar industry., * 6 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting in an agency or corporate setting.
- 6 years of experience closing applicants and discussing compensation packages by leveraging skills in talent acquisition.
- Experience solving problems and delivering significant impact as a contributor.
- Ability to grow customer relationship management, provide consultative skills, and work in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and build productive relationships.
- Excellent work ethic, accountability, integrity, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
