Job description

· Design and implement enterprise-grade ServiceNow workflows across HRSD, Onboarding & Transitions, and Workplace Service Delivery. · Build seamless, user-friendly interfaces with Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal. · Deliver integrations with external platforms (HR, CRM, eCommerce) using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub. · Ensure data integrity and smooth migrations using ServiceNow tooling. · Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
