Job description
You will be a critical escalation point within the support team. Your primary responsibility will be investigating and resolving support cases escalated by the service desk team, ensuring issues are managed and resolved effectively and efficiently.
As a Microsoft Engineer, you'll be responsible for:
- Taking ownership of complex Microsoft 365 & on-premises server incidents, service requests, and problem records, driving them to resolution.
- Serving as a technical escalation point within the team.
- Achieving and maintain Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) as defined by the Support Team Manager.
Requirements
- Experience working on Windows, iOS, Android and Linux operating systems.
- Experience working with on-premises technologies (e.g. Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory).
- A demonstrated passion for continuous learning, with a drive to stay current with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies.
