Technical Consultant - Microsoft 365 Tenant Migration

This role plays a key part in delivering seamless Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations across a broad spectrum of customers - from small businesses to large enterprises. You'll be involved throughout the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping and planning through to execution, leveraging your technical expertise and familiarity with tools such as Quest On Demand and ShareGate to ensure smooth and successful migrations.

You'll also have opportunities to collaborate with our sales and presales teams, providing valuable input during the early stages of customer engagement and helping to shape tailored migration strategies. Beyond project delivery, you'll play an important role in sharing your knowledge, supporting colleagues, and contributing to the ongoing growth and capability of the wider team

As Technical Consultant - M365 Tenant Migration, you'll be responsible for:

• Taking responsibility for Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects for a wide variety of small, medium, and enterprise customers.
• Utilising knowledge and previous experience to scope the opportunities, and Quest On Demand / ShareGate to carry out the migrations.
• Supporting presales efforts by advising the sales team and customers and gathering requirements.
• Providing specialist guidance and advice to less experienced colleagues to ensure the continued growth and development of the team.

• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills, including hybrid configuration
• Knowledge of tenant migration tools and methods such as BitTitan MigrationWiz, SkyKick, Quest On Demand, and AvePoint
• Experience with the Enterprise Mobility and Security suite, including Entra Premium, Conditional Access, Microsoft Information Protection, Identity Protection, and Intune
• Proficiency with Entra ID Connect, including seamless single sign-on (SSO) and passthrough authentication
• Previous knowledge or certifications in Quest On Demand and ShareGate (advantageous, with full training and certifications provided as part of the role)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Messaging Administrator Associate or Expert
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Security Administrator Associate or Expert
• Experience with Active Directory, including AD FS
