Job description

  • Provisioning new users, including laptop and account setup, while supporting the onboarding process.
  • Provide first line technical support to internal users in person and fixing hardware faults and resolving issues on Windows 11 and Android devices.
  • Involvement in system maintenance and patching.
  • Monitoring the health of systems and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
  • Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes.
  • Assisting in server and software installation and configuration.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proficient in Microsoft 365.

  • Have a working knowledge of Windows Administration.
  • Solid understanding of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
  • Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical users.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong willingness and ability to learn on the job.
  • A good communicator.
