Job description
- Provisioning new users, including laptop and account setup, while supporting the onboarding process.
- Provide first line technical support to internal users in person and fixing hardware faults and resolving issues on Windows 11 and Android devices.
- Involvement in system maintenance and patching.
- Monitoring the health of systems and troubleshooting to resolve issues.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of systems, configurations, and processes.
- Assisting in server and software installation and configuration.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Proficient in Microsoft 365.
- Have a working knowledge of Windows Administration.
- Solid understanding of computer operating systems, hardware, and software.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical users.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.
- Strong willingness and ability to learn on the job.
- A good communicator.
