We are a leading Solar PV and battery storage sales company based in South Croydon. Due to exceptional growth, we are currently seeking a dedicated and tech-savvy IT Customer Support Executive to help our customers with their Solar system support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing professional, responsive, and high-quality support to our clients, mainly with minor faults over the phone., * Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Provide system software training and walk throughs to clients over the phone
- Resolve technical issues and provide effective IT troubleshooting
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through efficient and courteous support
- Document support activities and client feedback for internal use
Requirements
Do you have experience in Phone etiquette?, * 1-2 years of experience in IT or software customer support
- Solar System experience has an advantage
- Strong understanding of IT support processes and tools
- Computer Science, or Electronics & Communication an advantage
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Quick learner, with a proactive approach to technical challenges
