Job description

Do you love turning data into insight? Are you ready to make a real impact on performance and improvement? Join our Technical Services team and play a key role in driving smarter decisions and stronger results. You'll be at the heart of performance improvement-creating, analysing, and enhancing management reports that help the Maintenance Delivery team and key stakeholders operate at their best.

What's it all about?

Join forces with the Maintenance Data Team Leader to ensure performance insights are accurate, timely, and actionable. You'll play a key role in delivering daily, weekly, and periodic KPI reports that keep our teams informed and our operations running smoothly.

Go beyond the numbers - dive into data trends to uncover what's really driving performance. Your analyses and recommendations will help improve efficiency, enhance decision-making, and drive measurable business impact.

You'll also help refine and simplify our reporting processes, making it easier for stakeholders to access and understand performance data - and empowering the team to make smarter, faster decisions.

Who will this appeal to?

You'll have strong numerical ability, enjoy creating reports and data analysis. You'll be comfortable presenting complex data to the team including senior management in a way that is clear and user friendly. You'll be organised and disciplined, with a proven record of hitting deadlines consistently.

The role involves some earlier and later starts, and occasional weekend working so should be of interest to you if looking for flexible working.

  • Salary £29,000
  • Hybrid working - a minimum of 60% of your time should be spent in the office, but you're welcome to come in every day if you prefer!
  • Working hours 7:30 - 4pm, plus working 1 in every 4 weekends (just 2 hours a day at weekends)
