IT Specialist

My client, a leading manufacturer are looking for a proactive IT Specialist to provide 1st and 2nd line support across the business. You'll be the go-to person for resolving IT issues, maintaining hardware, and keeping our systems running smoothly.

What you'll do:

• Provide support for users across Windows 10/11 and Office 365.
• Maintain and troubleshoot laptops, desktops, phones, printers, and connectivity issues.
• Support core systems including Cisco switching, WiFi, backups, VOIP, and firewalls.
• Manage service desk tickets and ensure timely resolutions.

Do you have experience in Windows?, * NVQ Level 4 or higher in ICT / Telecommunications (or equivalent).

• Strong knowledge of IT hardware and connectivity concepts.
• Experience with Cisco Switching, Firewall technologies, and printing support.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, customer focus, and willingness to learn.
