Job description

We're looking for a proactive and hands-on IT professional to take ownership of internal IT across our business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with 1st and 2nd line support experience who's ready to step into a broader role covering systems, infrastructure, and strategic projects.

You'll support 14 sites-including 11 luxury boutiques, central operations, and ecommerce teams-while managing day-to-day IT queries and contributing to key projects such as Azure AD migration, Office 365 optimisation, server and firewall management, and ecommerce integrations., * Provide 1st & 2nd line IT support across all sites.

  • Manage IT onboarding/offboarding (accounts, hardware, permissions).
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues.
  • Maintain and update the IT asset register.
  • Administer Office 365 (users, permissions, policies).
  • Support Azure AD migration and infrastructure upgrades.
  • Oversee firewall and server management with external partners.
  • Manage IP phone systems across boutiques and offices.
  • Liaise with third-party IT providers to ensure reliable service delivery.
  • Monitor IT performance and recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with IT governance and security standards.
  • Deliver occasional training and guidance to non-technical colleagues.

Requirements

Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * Experience in IT Support (1st & 2nd line).

  • Strong PC hardware/software troubleshooting skills.
  • Office 365 administration experience.
  • Familiarity with Active Directory / Azure AD.
  • Basic networking knowledge (firewalls, switches, VPNs).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to manage your own workload.
  • Full UK driving licence and own vehicle (travel required).

Desirable:

  • Experience maintaining IT asset registers.
  • Exposure to ecommerce integrations.
  • Understanding of server administration (Windows Server, virtualisation).
  • Experience working with third-party IT service providers.
  • Interest in IT project delivery and continuous improvement.
