  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager or Team Leader within an MSP environment (essential)
  • Strong understanding of MSP operations, SLAs, and client service delivery
  • Excellent leadership, people management, and communication skills
  • Technical background across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and infrastructure
  • Ability to motivate teams, manage workloads, and optimise performance
  • Strategic mindset - comfortable driving improvement and leading from the front

They're now looking for an experienced Service Desk Manager to lead their remote technical support function and help shape the future of service delivery. You'll be responsible for leading, mentoring, and developing a team of talented engineers, managing daily operations, ensuring SLAs are hit, and driving continual improvement across the desk. This is a fully remote leadership role with the backing of a highly skilled technical team and the autonomy to make real change in a business that values innovation, accountability, and service excellence.
