Requirements
- Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager / Team Leader within an MSP environment (essential)
- Strong knowledge of MSP operations, service delivery, and escalation management
- Solid technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and infrastructure
- Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
- Ability to manage workloads, performance metrics, and client relationships remotely
- Strategic thinker - confident implementing new ideas and improving service efficiency
