Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Service Desk Manager / Team Leader within an MSP environment (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of MSP operations, service delivery, and escalation management
  • Solid technical understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, and infrastructure
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage workloads, performance metrics, and client relationships remotely
  • Strategic thinker - confident implementing new ideas and improving service efficiency
