IT Manager

This is a fully remote, hands-on leadership role where you'll have freedom to drive change, improve performance, and deliver innovation. You'll oversee infrastructure, security, and service delivery across multiple environments - working with the latest technologies, mentoring engineers, and collaborating directly with senior stakeholders to align IT with the company's growth ambitions.

• Proven experience as an IT Manager / Senior Engineer / Team Lead
• Technical background across Microsoft 365, Azure & Windows Server
• Solid understanding of networking, virtualisation & cloud systems
• Experience managing small to mid-sized technical teams
• Confident communicator and strategic thinker
• Previous experience in an MSP or multi-site environment is highly desirable
