Job description
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our growing product team. You will be responsible for designing intuitive, visually engaging, and user-centred digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. Working closely with product managers, developers, and other designers, you'll turn user insights into elegant, functional designs that delight users and drive business outcomes., * Translate business goals and user needs into interactive and visually appealing designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
- Conduct or collaborate on user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to refine designs.
- Design responsive layouts and ensure consistency across web and mobile interfaces.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and high-quality implementation.
- Maintain and evolve our design system, ensuring visual and functional consistency.
- Stay current with UX/UI trends, design best practices, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
Requirements
- 0 - 8 years of professional experience in UX/UI or digital product design.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating design thinking, user-centred processes, and interface design skills.
- Proficiency with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools.
- Understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and accessibility standards.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a cross-functional, remote environment.
- Ability to manage multiple design tasks and adapt to evolving priorities.
