Job description

We are seeking a passionate and creative UX/UI Designer to join our team. Whether you are an ambitious early-career designer or a seasoned professional with years of experience, we welcome talent of all levels. As a UX/UI Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams-including product managers, developers, and stakeholders-to create user-centered designs for web and mobile applications. This is a remote, UK-based role with flexibility and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, usability tests, and competitor analysis.
  • Translate user insights and business requirements into wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
  • Create intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences aligned with best practices and brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to refine requirements and deliver seamless end-to-end solutions.
  • Iterate designs based on feedback, analytics data, and user testing results.
  • Present design concepts and rationales clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices.

Requirements

Do you have experience in User research?, * 0-10 years of experience in UX/UI design, product design, interaction design, or related fields.

  • A strong portfolio showcasing UX process, UI design capabilities, and problem-solving skills (academic or professional work accepted).
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Experience working in agile environments.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS or front-end concepts.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Knowledge of design systems and component-based design workflows.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK(Valid Visa)
