Job description
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design outcomes
- Ensure consistency across design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines
- Participate in brainstorming and conceptualization sessions
- Iterate on designs based on user insights, team feedback, and business goals
- Deliver assets and specifications to development teams and support implementation
- Stay updated with modern design trends, UX methodologies, and best practices
Requirements
Do you have experience in Wireframing?, We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our design team. This fully remote position is open to candidates at all experience levels-from recent graduates to experienced designers. You will help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our products and platforms., * Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects (academic, freelance, or professional)
- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
- Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual design assets
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale
- Good understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms
- Experience conducting user research, interviews, persona development, or usability testing
- Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
- Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Motion design, illustration, or branding skills
- Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
