Job description

  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into effective design solutions
  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve design outcomes
  • Ensure consistency across design systems, style guides, and brand guidelines
  • Participate in brainstorming and conceptualization sessions
  • Iterate on designs based on user insights, team feedback, and business goals
  • Deliver assets and specifications to development teams and support implementation
  • Stay updated with modern design trends, UX methodologies, and best practices

Requirements

Do you have experience in Wireframing?, We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designer to join our design team. This fully remote position is open to candidates at all experience levels-from recent graduates to experienced designers. You will help shape intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our products and platforms., * Strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI design projects (academic, freelance, or professional)

  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or Illustrator
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles and accessibility standards
  • Ability to create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual design assets
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to present design rationale
  • Good understanding of responsive design for web and mobile platforms
  • Experience conducting user research, interviews, persona development, or usability testing
  • Familiarity with front-end concepts (HTML/CSS/JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of design systems and component libraries
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Motion design, illustration, or branding skills
  • Must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
