Job description
Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex and other document control systems. Ensure accurate version control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and reports. Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely document flow. Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with company and client standards. Support the project team with document-related queries and training. Archive and retrieve documents in accordance with project and legal requirements.

Do you have experience in Organizational skills?, Taylor Woodrow is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a major civils infrastructure project in Essex. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic project team delivering critical infrastructure works., Proven experience as a Document Controller on civils or infrastructure projects. Strong working knowledge of Aconex is highly desirable. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
