Job description
- Manage and maintain project documentation using Aconex and other document control systems.
- Ensure accurate version control and distribution of drawings, specifications, and reports.
- Liaise with project teams, subcontractors, and consultants to ensure timely document flow.
- Maintain document registers and ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Support the project team with document-related queries and training.
- Archive and retrieve documents in accordance with project and legal requirements.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Document Controller on civils or highways projects.
- Strong working knowledge of Aconex is highly desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with construction documentation and terminology.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
