Job description
The Data Officer will play a vital role in maintaining contract integrity and ensuring that data is accurately captured, processed, and reported across funded programmes. You will work closely with compliance and operations teams to support contract delivery, funding claims, and performance reporting., * Collate and validate learner and project data for GLA, GMCA, and Warmer Homes contracts
- Maintain data accuracy and integrity across CRM and MIS systems
- Ensure timely uploads to funding portals and reporting platforms
- Support internal audits and external funding assurance checks
- Produce periodic reports and dashboards to monitor performance
- Liaise with delivery teams to resolve data errors and ensure compliance
- Keep up to date with funding guidance and data validation rules
Requirements
You'll be naturally analytical, with an eye for spotting errors before they become issues. Your background will include data or compliance support in a training provider, local authority, or funded project environment. You'll have an adaptable, proactive approach and confidence working independently., * Strong working knowledge of GLA, GMCA, or AEB funding data
- Competence using CRM or MIS systems (e.g., PICS, Maytas, or Yeti)
- Strong Excel and data manipulation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Clear understanding of GDPR and data security principles
Desirable:
- Experience in managing learner or project data for energy efficiency or community programmes (e.g., Warmer Homes)
- Knowledge of ILR data submission processes
