Job description

As a Hardware Test Verification Architect, you'll lead the design, development, and deployment of structured test philosophies and strategies across complex electronic and electro-mechanical systems. Working closely with engineering, manufacturing, and production support teams, you'll ensure comprehensive test coverage, robust diagnostic methods, and seamless integration of test solutions throughout the product lifecycle., * Define and implement test philosophies and strategies for new and existing products.

  • Specify test equipment requirements and ensure alignment with product needs.

  • Deploy diagnostic and verification methods to ensure full test coverage.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing and design teams to support production test activities.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across test systems and verification practices.

Requirements

Are you a skilled Test and Verification professional looking to define and implement structured test philosophies across innovative, high-performance systems? This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking engineering team and play a key role in shaping test strategies for current and future products within a world-class technical environment., * Degree qualified (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.

  • Strong understanding of development and production test techniques.

  • Demonstrable experience implementing test and verification strategies.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Desired:

  • Awareness of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) techniques.

  • Experience with automated test equipment (ATE) and structured test strategy development.

  • Background in manufacturing collaboration and design-for-testability principles.
