Job description
You'll join a friendly, motivated engineering team that works closely with design, manufacturing and production support, all pulling in the same direction to build test strategies that actually make a difference. There's proper flexibility, a supportive culture, and lots of room to grow your career., You'll take a lead role in shaping the Production Test Philosophy for current and future products across complex engineering programmes. It's a great fit for someone who enjoys seeing the bigger picture and working across design, development and manufacturing teams.
You'll be defining test equipment requirements, developing diagnostic strategies, reviewing and improving test coverage, and making sure the production test approach is consistent, robust and aligned across the programme. It's a role with lots of collaboration, visibility and technical influence.
Requirements
If you enjoy being the person who actually makes sure things work the way they should, this is a great chance to step into a role with real influence., * Degree or equivalent experience in engineering, physics, maths or similar
- Experience or awareness of development and production test techniques
- Comfortable implementing test approaches in real-world engineering environments
- Strong communication skills and good use of Microsoft Office tools
- Bonus if you have exposure to MBSE, automated test equipment, or experience working with manufacturing and design teams
