Job description

The Business Intelligence & MongoDB Data Systems Analyst will be pivotal in managing and optimising the organisation's data flows. Your role will involve analysing operational data, maintaining robust MongoDB environments, and developing automation solutions that enhance efficiency. You will work closely with both operational and technical teams, ensuring that data is accurate, secure, and leveraged to support strategic decision-making and scalable growth.

We are currently looking for a Business Intelligence & MongoDB Data Systems Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Blakenhall, Wolverhampton!, * 2-4 years of experience in data analytics, database management, or operational support within relevant industries.

  • Proficiency in MongoDB administration, including data modelling, indexing, and query optimisation.
  • Working knowledge of SQL and practical experience in data migration between SQL and NoSQL systems.
  • Strong skills in data analysis, validation, and reporting, with the ability to communicate complex insights clearly.
  • Excellent organisational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits & conditions

  • Salary in the range of £35,000-£45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
