Job description

An innovative company in the fintech industry is seeking an experienced Mobile Automation QA Engineer to join their growing team. This role is crucial in ensuring the delivery of high-quality digital products that serve a large and diverse customer base., * Design, build, and maintain automated test suites for mobile (iOS and Android) and web applications.

  • Collaborate with developers and QA engineers to enhance testability and strengthen automation coverage.
  • Review and analyse test results, reporting issues and driving improvements in product quality. * Contribute to the design of automation frameworks and explore new technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, helping define and validate acceptance criteria.
  • Log, track, and retest defects with precision and attention to detail.
  • Mentor team members in QA best practices and automation strategies.
  • Keep up to date with QA tools, trends, and methodologies.

Technical Skills needed

Requirements

You'll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, creativity, and technical excellence. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in building scalable automation frameworks, improving test coverage, and driving quality throughout the software development lifecycle., * 5+ years of experience in automation testing and software quality assurance.

  • Strong experience in building Mobile automation frameworks (Appium)
  • Strong proficiency in Playwright or Selenium
  • Experience with BDD/TDD frameworks
  • Competency in API testing (Postman, SoapUI) and SQL
  • Familiarity with test management tools such as JIRA, Xray, or TestRail.

Desirable skills:

  • Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
  • Knowledge of performance testing tools like K6 or JMeter.
